COVID-19 testing is available at numerous sites throughout Dallas County, including local health centers, clinics, and pharmacies/grocery stores. Individuals can find a testing location near them using the Google Map locator.

AREA HOSPITAL TESTING INFORMATION

*** Hospital emergency rooms should not be utilized for individuals needing a test only.***

  • Methodist individuals may call 214-933-8811 to be screened for an appointment. More information is available at MethodistHealthSystem.org/COVID-19.
  • Parkland offers COVID-19 testing at several of its community-based clinics. The list of Parkland clinics providing COVID-19 testing is located here: https://www.parklandhospital.com/a-tu-salud1/covid19-testing-1635
    • Testing is by appointment only for current Parkland patients who meet the medically necessary criteria with a Parkland physician’s order.
    • Parkland patients can contact the COVID-19 patient line at 214-590-8060, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • Baylor Scott & White Health locations are offering COVID-19 testing for symptomatic individuals with a primary care physician order.
  • Children’s Health: With an increase in pediatric COVID-19 cases, Children’s Health recommends parents take their children to one of the following COVID-19 testing locations:
    • Children's Health PM Urgent Care
    • MD Medical Group
  • Medical City Healthcare provides COVID-19 testing for patients only.
  • Texas Health Resources also is continuing to screen each person entering care facilities as well as limiting visitors for the same reasons.
