Play exciting games while networking with other young professionals from the area
Bring your friends for an evening of fun while networking with other young professionals from the area on Friday, Sept. 27, from 3 to 6 p.m.
Guests will participate in 10 blast-from-the-past games, such as tug-of-war and an egg toss. Each game will incorporate colored dust to turn your Color Games T-shirt into a work of art. A live DJ along with hydration and snack stations will be available during the event. Prizes for most spirited team, winners, losers and more will be announced during the closing ceremony. Everyone is also invited to a Color Games happy hour at a CityLine restaurant after the event.
“The Color Games will be a high-energy and memorable experience where young professionals can establish new relationships while having a great time in a unique way,” said Rachel Boelter, vice president of Hudson Peters Commercial and chair of the RYP event.
“CityLine is excited to host the first Color Games as a way for young professionals to connect while having fun,” said Jessica Robertson, marketing director, CityLine. “We hope this event will produce a great turnout and that we can make it an annual event.”
Registration is $35 per person and includes sunglasses and a white T-shirt with the Color Games logo. Teams of four to six can also register for $140. Complimentary parking is located in the CityLine garages and along State Street.
Stick around after the event for dinner at one of CityLine’s many restaurants including Char’d, F&F Express, Fernando’s Mexican Cuisine, Good Union Urban BBQ, Tricky Fish or Coolgreens, which is opening soon. Also catch CityLine LIVE with Mitchel Ferguson in the plaza that evening from 6 – 9 p.m.
RYP hosts a monthly happy hour and a semiannual chocolate drop at the Methodist Richardson Cancer Center. Follow them on Facebook or sign up for email alerts.
