The Richardson Health Department plans to spray for mosquitoes in the southeast section of the city after a trap in the area tested positive for West Nile virus.Workers will spray between 9 p.m. and 4:30 a.m. Oct. 12-13 in the area. The spray area will be from Bowser Road east to Jupiter Road between Apollo Road to the north and Buckingham Road to the south.
