Nonprofit gives away trees to replace those destroyed by last year's tornado in Richardson

Texas Trees Foundation partnered with the Arbor Day Foundation and International Paper to give away 500 trees.

The Texas Trees Foundation partnered with the Arbor Day Foundation and International Paper to give away 500 trees to help replace the 3,500 destroyed and 1,500 damaged by the tornado, per the release. Along with a tree, residents will receive a bag of mulch and a tree planting guide.
