Char’d: Southeast Asian Kitchen held a soft opening May 13 in the CityLine development at 1251 State St., Ste. 800, Richardson. The Char’d menu features Southeast Asian dishes, such as poke bowls, bibimbap, Thai red curry chicken, steamed bun and more. Customization options are available. The restaurant also serves local craft beer, Stubborn Soda, wine and homemade ice cream.
